In the attached "xls" file, you'll find my entire MP3 library up to date. (I'll try to post update sometimes.) It's more or less 31.000 songs, and I put it in "xls" format for your facility : you just can open it by double click on the attachment name, or you can download it by using right click on the attachment, and "Save as", and then sort it either by artist or title, and make "Finds" on any word(s). Should you find any mistake (and they are, of course), thanks to report it ! Feel free to make any request (but only choose in this list), and I will try to satisfy it once a week, by posting on my "Music" page. Please note that you have to check in the list; requests like "Do you have this song by this artist ?", or like "All this artist songs" will not be considered. Specify the titles and the artist(s), and as a courtesy for the other music lovers, and to avoid long delays, try to refrain asking more than maximum 18 songs at a time. To make your requests, please leave a message in a "Reply" box of any page, or click on "Personal message" on the right side of the top of the page. Thank you. But don't forget, you need to be in my "Contact" list, first ! (See *** YOU WANT ACCESS TO ALL MY MUSIC PAGES ? ***) Attachment: My MP3 Library (updated on Nov,17-2007).xls
 | Interesting and ambitious idea, Maiko :-))
Did you create the spreadsheet the long way by filling in the titles and artists, or was there a short cut available with software? |
 | I use Winamp. There doesn't seem to be a similar option on that :-(((
However, I have found some freeware software that will create .xls or .csv files from Windows Explorer: http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlmp3listshell.html
HTH anyone who wants to do the same as Maiko alanG |
 | Maiko, Thank you for inviting me to be one of your contacts. I don't have anything on my page yet but hope to at least post some music soon. You have a great collection of music and all organized for everyone to see. Thanks again. Pudge |
 | surfed over from sandy's site. this is such a fantastic idea! |
 | would love to see what's in your library. unfortunately I do not have the ability to see an .xls format. I don't have MS office, was too expensive. I can only read text or word files. :( |
 | Have a nice weekend. |
 | Thank you, same for you ! |
 | You do have a large collection. Are you going to post any of these on here for us viewers to download? People on here are sharing their music. |

And for the moment, I even have no time enough to read all the mails from my contacts, to reply, to download for myself the music I like, and to listen to it ! |
 | requests: Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, Lady Willpower; Jermaine Stewart, We Don't Have To; David Soul, Don't Give Up; Grand Funk RR, I'm Your Captain; Right Said Fred. I'm Too Sexy; RATT, Round and Round. Thank you. |

 | maikobiah wrote on Apr 30, '07, edited on Apr 30, '07 could you send post a list of the Andy Gibbs songs you have? Sheree, the list of my complete library is attached in this blog in a xls file. (See "Attachment" at the bottom of the blog) You can open it by double-click or download it, as you like !
Anyway, I will post as soon as possible all the Andy's songs I have, and also your other requests ! (Am I nice ?)
Maïko. |
 | Andy Gibb is the main ones I'd like to have because I don't have any of his music so that would be much appreciated...thanks! |
 | It would be nice if you would put your list into text or word, like you say you can here, so people who don't have excel can read it. That would make you really nice! Yes, I undestand your point of view, but the advantage of Excel is that you can make "Find" in the file to retrieve a title or a artist, and you can also sort with just a click on artist name and/or title, and the reverse.
On the top, I think most of PC users have Microsoft Office, so they have Excel. And if you have Word, that means you must have Excel also, no ?
Anyway, if it's not your case, let me know, and I'll try to find some time (but when ?), to put in text format.

Maïko. No I do not have excel, MS Office is an additional at least $250.00 purchase for MS Pro. Most all pc's come with text, rich text and wordpad included. Yes excel is nice, but I believe more people have the ones mentioned above, they are not an additional cost item. |
 | Hello Maiko
I finally got round to looking in your library file. Well I got as far as the end of "a" before I decided to rest. You have excellent music taste - a lot of what you have, I have too.
Here's one I don't. Could you post Annette Funicello - The monkey's uncle (with The Beach Boys) for me please.
It sounds a very intriguing coupling of artists, and I havent heard of it before.
Thanks alanG
