The Serengeti, one of the most well known National Park in Tanzania (and in Africa, even in the world),
is 15.000 sq.km, without any fence, (like in some countries) full of animals, living in natural condition.

If there is a place on earth where it's still the morning of life, it's here !
Serengeti, a word coming from the Masaï language (Siringe) meaning "large plains".
If you ever got the occasion to come in Africa, don't miss it !

you are a bit crazy, some people already died because of attacks of elephants (even a quite famous athlete if my memories are good!). So what do you do when they charge, you run????

Charged by elephant ?
Never run, just stay quiet, or hide.

A nice name for a bird. I didn't know. Here we call them by their cientific name Agaporni Fisheri or just Fisheri . The name of Love bird fits them quite well. They seem to be in love all the time!

You're right, in the Tsavo NP (Kenya), there is a lot of elephants,
and many of them really big !
But the place I saw the most elephants and the biggest ones is
in Chobe NP, in Botswana. Absolutely incredible... I don't know
exactly how many they have there, but in only one day, I saw more
than 600 of them !... Unbelievable.

Also my fav, Eva !
But so difficult to see, and often only by far.
Here, it was several hundred of meters far from the
track, and it was not possible to go off-road there.
